Alarm sounded over motorbikes in the park

by Tony March 10, 2019

NOT A REAL PIC!!

Lewisham Council and Glendale are to crack down on moped and motorbike users riding illegally through Ladywell Fields park.

Local people fear the motorbike riders pose a risk to park users.

Families using the park have spotted several motorbikes at various locations in the park including cutting across the middle field from the Catford Green development to Malyons Road.

Lewisham and Glendale are to place temporary warning signs against motorbike use at open park entrances as a first step.

Park users have been asked to note the time and any details of any motorbikes spotted in the park but not to take photographs as this could put users in danger.
